It appears that the sides of the box made for testing using normal concrete, Figure 8, were not covered with duct tape or made of a material that would have prevented water from being absorbed into it. I wonder what impact that might have had on the results. Conversely the box used for Test 2, Figure 14, appears to be coated in a non-absorptive material. [RPS]
